VIRALCADE respects intellectual-property rights and expects its users to do the same. VIRALCADE is an automated processing tool: users upload content they represent they have the rights to, and users are the authors and publishers of any output. We respond to valid takedown notices and terminate repeat infringers.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content processed or delivered through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent including: (1) your signature (physical or electronic); (2) identification of the work; (3) the material and enough detail to locate it; (4) your contact info; (5) a statement of good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Designated agent
DMCA Agent, VIRALCADE
Email: abuse@viralcade.com
[Registered agent name & mailing address — per US Copyright Office registration]
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent with the required statements. We will follow the DMCA process before any restoration.
Repeat infringers
We will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers and may remove content or suspend access at any time where we reasonably believe a violation or legal risk exists.
Your responsibility
By uploading, you confirm you have the rights to the source material and to create a transformative recap of it, and you indemnify VIRALCADE for claims arising from your content (see our Terms). Recapping copyrighted films can trigger Content-ID claims, takedowns, or demonetization on the platforms you publish to — that risk is yours to manage.
